Liberty County Human Resources provides support services to our employees, the Board of Commissioners, Elected Officials, Appointed Boards, Department Heads and staff as it relates to human resource issues.

We are committed to recognizing that our employees are our most valuable asset. We are focused on delivering quality customer service in all personnel operations with integrity, responsiveness and sensitivity to all employees and citizens. We seek to provide support and guidance to all employees in employee relations, benefits and compensation programs, regulatory compliance, review and development of the County Personnel Policy, and employee training and development. Our goal is to attract, hire and retain a diverse, qualified workforce. We embrace change and the opportunity it brings. We consider service hallmark to our mission.
