9-1-1 records are reproduced in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71 seq. Requestors will receive a response to their request within 3 business days.

When requesting 9-1-1 records within Liberty County, it is helpful to provide as much information as possible in order to help locate the specific record(s) being requested. Helpful information would include the date of the incident, the approximate time of the incident, and the address where the incident occurred.

Open records requests are handled by Joseph Mosley, Assistant County Administrator and Sharon Baldwin, Administrative Assistant in the Board of Commissioners' Office. Please complete the  Open Records Request Form and email the completed form to this address. Please give as much information as possible to assist in locating the information you need.
