Liberty County, Georgia publicly advertises its intention to contract for the debris monitoring service, generally described as the project entitled “Debris Monitoring Services Proposal for Liberty County Board of Commissioners-EMA.”

ADVERTISEMENT FOR 

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Liberty County, Georgia publicly advertises its intention to contract for the debris monitoring service, generally described as the project entitled “Debris Monitoring Services Proposal for Liberty County Board of Commissioners-EMA.”

 

This Notice further advertises a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36-91-20 et. Seq. for “Debris Monitoring Services Proposal for Liberty County Board of Commissioners-EMA, dated December 08, 2022. In this regard, all interested persons desiring to contract with the County for the debris monitoring shall submit proposals marked “Debris Monitoring Services Proposal for Liberty County Board of Commissioners-EMA” regarding the same to the Liberty County Board of Commissioners at 112 North Main Street, Courthouse Annex, Room 2200, Hinesville, Liberty County, Georgia 31313, via mail (delivery and return receipt requested) no later than 2:00 p.m., E.S.T., on January 24, 2023.

The County will adhere to 2 C.F.R. § 200.326 and 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Required Contract Clauses Requirements under the Uniform Rules.

A non-Federal entity’s contracts must contain the applicable contract clauses described in Appendix II to the Uniform Rules (Contract Provisions for non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards), which are set forth below. 2 C.F.R. § 200.326. For some of the required clauses we have included sample language or a reference a non-Federal entity can go to in order to find sample language. Please be aware that this is sample language only and that the non-Federal entity alone is responsible ensuring that all language included in their contracts meets the requirements of 2 C.F.R. § 200.326 and 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Appendix II. We do not include sample language for certain required clauses (remedies, termination for cause and convenience, changes) as these must necessarily be written based on the non-Federal entity’s own procedures in that area.

 

Interested parties are directed to review the complete set of RFP documents for complete and inclusive RFP requirements.  

Liberty County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities in the proposal process.
