[ARCHIVED] Schedule of Qualifying Fees for Liberty County Offices to be Filled in 2022 Elections

SCHEDULE OF QUALIFYING FEES FOR LIBERTY COUNTY OFFICES

TO BE FILLED IN 2022 ELECTIONS

 

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-131, the Board of Commissioners of Liberty County, as the governing authority of said County, hereby publishes the below schedule of qualifying fees for those County offices to be filled in the upcoming 2022 elections, which fees were fixed by the Board in accordance with said Code Section at a  meeting held on February 8, 2022:

 

                        Office                                                                                      Qualifying Fee

 

  1. Liberty County Commissioners - Dist. 1, 2, 3                           $252.00 
  2. Liberty County Board of Education Chair                                 $256.00
  3. Liberty County Board of Education – Dist.4, 5, 6                     $180.00

 

Qualifying for the offices listed above will be conducted during normal business hours at the main offices of the Liberty County Board of Elections and Registration, located at 100 N. Main Street, Suite 1600, Historic Courthouse, Hinesville, Georgia, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 7, 2022, and ending at 12:00 noon on Friday, March 11, 2022.
